    Participants will use a scan tool to read fault codes to deduce what the problem may occur.

    Participants will learn basic knowledge such as customer service etiquette, how to improve customer service, how to handle complaints, and how to create a plan to achieve goals.

    We have our own quality standards for the rebuilt and GP parts we handle, such as product liability insurance and ISO certification.
    When members sell rebuilt or GP parts through JARA system,they share information about each part with the rebuilt or GP parts makers.
