JARA Support Guarantee Program

We have a "Defect Liability Program" that guarantees the cost of parts, labor, and shipping for the return of recycled automotive parts that are covered by the guarantee.

By delivering recycled parts with the warranty to maintenance shops and car owners, we provide reliability and further promote the use of recycled parts.

JARA Comprehensive Guarantee Program(Group Comprehensive General liability insurance)

We have a "comprehensive third-party indemnification program" related to the automotive recycling business of JARA members.

JARA Comprehensive Guarantee Program Framework

Based on the advantage of economies of scale in group insurance, we have an affordable insurance premiums and comprehensive guarantees for JARA members.

    1. Basic coverage　＊Liability coverage related to the manufacture and sale of JARA brand products
      <Amount of compensation> Up to 30 million yen for both bodily injury and property damage (per accident and per period)
      <Premiums> Paid by JARA
      ●Manufacturing Hazards　Accidents due to production Accidents due to ｗork result.
      Bodily injury and property damage coverage such as,
      ・Defective delivered parts caused damage to the vehicle and injury to the driver.
      ・Defective delivered parts caught fire, causing damage to the factory.
      ●Facility Hazards and Business Conduct Hazards
      Compensation arising form the ownership, use, or management of the facility.
      Bodily injury and property damage coverage such as,
      ・Explosion and fire broke out during demolition work, causing damage to surrounding facilities.
      ・Passersby were injured when a signboard fell from the factory.

    2. Extended and additional coverage
      Expanded "liability" coverage and increased guarantee limits are available.

    3. Optional coverage
      ″Injury Coverage", ″Property Damage Coverage″, and ″Cyber Insurance″.
