    JARA Corporation, as a company operating an automotive recycling parts distribution network, recognizes that protecting personal information entrusted by customers is fundamental to its business activities and an important social responsibility. To practice this philosophy, the Company establishes the following Personal Information Protection Policy and implements necessary and appropriate safety management measures as a company-wide initiative.

    • Acquisition and Use:
    • Clearly define the purpose of use when acquiring personal information and manage it within the necessary scope to achieve that purpose. Use and provide personal information only within the disclosed purpose, and obtain consent for any use beyond that scope, except as required by law.
    • Compliance:
    • Comply with the "Requirements for Personal Information Protection Management Systems (JIS Q 15001:2023)", laws, national guidelines, and other norms related to the handling of personal information.
    • Management:
    • Safely and accurately manage acquired personal information and take safety management measures and corrective actions to prevent leakage, loss, or damage.
    • Inquiries and Complaints:
    • Respond promptly and sincerely to inquiries, complaints, and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
    • Continuous Improvement:
    • Review and continuously improve the personal information protection management system in response to changes in laws, social environment, information technology, and business content.
